Matt Fry was born in Tucson, AZ and grew up in Nashville, TN. As a freshman in college, God called him into full-time ministry where he has served faithfully since 1985. Matt served as a Minister of Students and Associate Pastor for various churches in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Matt attended Liberty University, graduating with a B.S. degree in Church Ministries. Through Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Matt has completed some graduate studies. With a passion to plant a life-giving church, Matt and Martha moved to Clayton, NC in September, 1998 and began their ministry at Cleveland Community Church with a core group of about 50 people. Cleveland Community Church, also known as C3, has a passion to reach the unchurched in the Triangle area of North Carolina and equip people to serve in ministry. Their vision is to provide “real hope for real people in a real world.”
